Today you worked on training tasks to learn how to program your robot. What was the most difficult training task for your team? What is one thing you learned about troubleshooting programs?
My hardest goal was to program the bot to be able to sence the color in the color and it was really difficult to adjust as well to be prepared for your robot
We worked on programming the robot to do certain tasks. The most difficult was the turning task. I learned to detect the origin of the difficulty and find a solution.
The most dificult thing is to try to understand the robots programing and also the challage. That I have to learn something new today and I will share it.
The one problem i had today was that i couldnt exactly download so easily. But what i learned from this is that it takes a lot of focus and understanding with a process of data searching and downloading.
Today we finished building our VEX IQ robots and began to learn how to control the robot using either the remote, or by programming the steps that the robot should do. We completed two task, one about moving forward and one about turning. Both were challenging, however the turning task was considerably harder than the moving task. Although the task were very challenging they helped teach me how to identify and fix a problem, and how to correctly use the programs.
My most difficult thing that I did today was to program the NXT to go in a square and knock off balls to get back to base. One thing I learned about troubleshooting was that you have to reset with the reset icon then start on the next thing.
The most difficult task for my team was learning how to "turn" on the VEX robots, which I have never used before. I learned that troubleshooting is easier when you know what to do.
The most difficult task today was being able to get the robot to turn exactly how we wanted it to. One thing that I learned about troubleshooting programs was that it is very precise in measurements when you try to make your robot do a certain thing.
The day was awesome because we made robots with sensors and we made them go a particular way we had a lot of challenges and tasks but we work together with a partner to overcome them this day
The most difficult training task about our robot "Tilly" was programing the Orchid Challenge because we had to do the EXACT measurements to avoid squishing the "blueberry trees". The one thing that I had learned from troubleshooting programs was that you would have to do a couple steps before you could transfer it to where you wanted it to go.
Today the most difficult training task was when my team had to program the robot to knock down all three balls in an obstacle course. One thing I learned about troubleshooting is that when you retrace your steps it is best to tack it apart one step at a time to see where your mistake was.
Today was just as fun as yesterday! We started programming our robot to move forward. Then we learnt how to do a point turn and a swing turn. We had to do a few challenges and it was a lot of fun. Our teachers and mentors helped us when we messed up. Today we completed a lot. I'm super excited for what we might do tomorrow
The most troubling part today was making sure the program worked which took a few tries but eventually we solved our problem with some help from a teacher.
today my team had the most difficult training yet we had to program are robot to go forward/trun laft and right it was hard we did know what to hafe fo the time.
the most difficult thing about today was programing the robots to do the orchard mini challenge but it was also very difficult to put the cords in to the brain of the robot
I am so frustrated on the last training task my robot won't stay on the line. I did learn a lot like you can get the robot to go to a ball and hit the ball
The most problematic task in programing the robot was the orchid challenge and getting the turns to be perfect and not trample the blueberry trees. One thing I learned about troubleshooting programs that you had to turn it you had to do the opposite to turn it to the left.
Today we finished up creating and programming the task bots. Towards the end of the day we started creating our Triathlon-Bots AND ME AND MY TEAMMATE ARE ALREADY PROGRAMMING IT ON THE DAY WE BUILT IT!! Which is such an Improvement Upon Last Year. Well, can't wait till the next day at TALON ROBOTICS CAMP!! (WHICH YOU SHOULD ENROLL IN IF ALREADY HAVEN'T!!)
I really loved today's class. The only one thing that me and my partner had difficulty on was re-building the robot because we had a bent axle. In trouble shooting programs me and my partner just started to guess and we got the guess correct.
today I finised my ev3 robotics challenges it was diffract the hardes thing was the crop challenge. I had so much today and learned the name of the lego pieces.
One thing I learned today was how to turn using the tank command. Today was a fun day and we did a difficult challenge called the orchard challenge.-Dylan Cook
Today was an exiting day as i finished building my claw-bot and connected a remote to control the robot, hopefully tomorrow we will be able to be shown the programming software and I'm hoping it will be a lot of fun. I can't wait for tomorrow.
Today after working hard on my robot, I finally got it built and once I was able to start driving it I had so much fun and am ready for the challenges ahead of me.
Today our most difficult task was a slow turn and stop with our sensor attachment we have to keep experimenting to find how much degrees to turn and how much inches to go strainght
I would say what was difficult today was the "swing" turn. It was difficult because I messed up a lot. But the good part was that we fixed it and got it right. I would say the restart part was one of my troubleshooting.
Today I got to program a robot and my team fail a lot but what is life without fail and at the end of the day we built our own robot's and I got to make my own Lego tank but I was just on the base what a day im glad i decided to come to this program and I would came next summer best summer camp ever.
The most difficult was task 3 where my group had to make our robot hit 3 balls and we had to keep changing programs. We're close, though. The thing I learn about troubleshooting is that by resetting your computer or laptop, it will be good as new.
